For a campervan visit, we found this to be a really lovely farm site with fabulous views. Excellently maintained with electric hook up, water, rubbish disposal all close by, and elsan disposal not far away. Great if you have bikes. Sadly, we didn't have bikes, and we found it a bit out on a limb, but we did walk to and from Hartington village which was lovely. We found an entirely off road walk to the Harrington signal box (on the Tissington Trail) but then had an awful scary walk along the main road the rest of the way. Coming back we followed directions kindly given by a lady in the Hartington cheese shop via Biggin and Heathcote which was wonderfully peaceful. If you are walking I would recommend researching and having a map! Lovely peaceful stay and a great site especially if you have bikes 😀

Beautiful, small, friendly site with access to great walks right on the doorstep.

Walking distance to a pub, which is an added bonus. Ideal for dog walking, there is a dog on site who walked with & played with our dogs a few times during our stay 😀.

We loved our stay & would definitely return.

A picturesque caravan and motorhome club cl set in the stunning Derbyshire countryside. The High Peak Trail runs right past the site. We received a warm and friendly welcome on our arrival despite the inclement weather.

Fabulous CL camp site backing onto the High Peak trail that then connects to the Tissington trail, Mrs Broadley is extremely helpful nothing is to much trouble. The site is a credit to her and the family hope to return in the near future . Thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

Fab hidden gem, right on the High Peak Trail. Beautiful scenery, and peaceful location. The family are so friendly and kind; great little place to stay if you have your own facilities. Usual water, EHU and elsan point, what more could you want.

Brundcliffe Farm CL site is situated on a working dairy farm 🐄🐄🐄 just off A515 north of Ashbourne, & just before the turning to the village of Hartington where you will find the famous Cheese Shop.

Beware that the farm signs are small and on the stone walls either side of the entrance, you could easily drive past without seeing them as you drive up the steep hill, and there is nowhere to turn round for a few miles if towing. 😒 The facilities are as you would expect for a CL site and are split between a grass paddock with 1 concrete pitch, 2 hard standing/hard core pitches and 2 grass pitches, all with EHU, and another small field with 4 hardstanding pitches facing out across green fields all with EHU. This is the best part of the site. You will need levelling blocks as the 4 in a row pitches are slightly sloping.

The site is right next to the High Peak trail with direct access at the site entrance. Fantastic site for peace & quiet. Ideal for visiting Hartington, Tissington, Bakewell, Matlock, or just walking or cycling along the High Peak and Tissington trails. Parsley Hay National Trust bike hire shop 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️ is about 3 miles further along the A515 towards Buxton on the left.

We've just returned from a week at this site. Site was ok however we found the owner very rude. She complained to us about our dog barking while we were setting up- she claimed he was constant but he absolutely was not. We also came back after a day out to dog poo in our awning! The owner does have a dog who roams the site although there was other dogs on site but they seemed to be well behaved and kept with owners. Good location for all of the walks we wanted to do with out children but we won't be returning!
