Wonderful customer service. They were so friendly, kind and helpful, responding to my emails the same day, when a mistake in my order happened (seems with a glitch from my end on the website). 2 packages were sent to me Instead of one, and a fancy mushroom chocolate bar for the initial thought inconvenience with my order. They never charged me for the second package and so kindly said I could keep it and enjoy (This was 2 whole tinctures!)
They have now received a long term customer. I've been using their tinctures a couple of weeks now, and feel in particular the Lions mane is giving me such a relief with new mental clarity. The products are so beautiful and after doing lots of research beforehand, it seems Bristol Fungarium have the most potent mushrooms around. Thank you so much

Absolutely brilliant ethical company with super lovely people! Not only that but the tinctures are an absolute game changer! Almost too good to be true! Cordecepts, lions mane and reshi have virtually cured (almost) 90% of my ADHD symptoms. I was diagnosed in 1999 so at the ripe age of 37 I am over joyed that I now have a solution, thank you guys ❤️🙏

Had an allergic reaction to Lion’s Mane which led to severe ongoing depersonalisation episodes & depression after using the tinctures for a week.

It’s been 3 months since I’ve stopped the using it and I’m still questioning my reality which I find quite sad and hopeless…

I’ve looked for the most organic healthy version of this mushroom and it seems that the problem isn’t the brand but rather the mushroom itself.

I’ll still give it one star because the brand could have informed the public about the potential risks, but that will scare people away of course and they won’t be buying their supplements anymore.

Ordered Lions Mane extract, tried a quarter dose (0.25ml). Has not agreed with me at all. It has made me very on edge and anxious. It's been 3 days since I have taken it and I am still suffering.

I am sure that the product works well for many people but please be aware of the risks of reactions and side effects before trying.

After two years of using Bristol Fungarium's Lions Mane (after using another product) I can honestly say the quality is consistently brilliant.

The customer service is fantastic, I've contacted them for advice and been given some excellent funghi knowledge. A great business all round.

I absolutely love this company, since my nephew recommended them, I must have bought 4 festival packs and then in a sale bought all the mushroom tinctures to try. My favourite is the Chaga. I rotate each bottle. Have recommended to all my clients and followers. Keep up the good work guys.
