My daughter booked this for us when we had a night away for my birthday. There were three of us. We were the only ones doing it, however, it was a Sunday night, but that didn’t take away from the great fun it was.
The host was brilliant and knew his stuff.
It was great fun learning about rum and how it’s made and creating our own one.
The vibe and atmosphere was great.
Loved the decor of the place and all the staff were just so friendly and chilled.
An absolute must do if you’re in Bristol and love rum.

This was the best tasting& distilling workshop I ever did (and I did many!) You could try many types of rum and cocktails before you decide what to make. The teacher is very knowledgeable, helpful and approachable so you can ask all the questions and experiment. The venue is very well designed and suh a pleasure to be in

Fantastic experience, highly recommend. Cally, very knowledgeable, led our rum making experience along with a handful of other pairs. Enjoyable, funny and came away with a bottle of our own rum.

Wow what can i say. The rum making experience is absolutely fantastic. Cally our host was amazing. She was very helpful and always happy to give advice.
We were a group of 7 and everyone had a great time. 3 great cocktails and 3 samples of rum plus our own bottle. Definitely would recommend it to anyone even if u dont really like rum

Mia and Erin were excellent hosts. We came in on a (grown up) stag do and they looked after us, also had great chat and kept us in check. The drinks menu is great, and Erin was particularly good at giving as good as she got - an excellent waitress, host and guide for the rest of our night.
