After incubating with cheaper incubators for a few years which were a bit hit or miss, we purchased in 2021 a Brinsea Maxi24EX.
Had great success and bought 2 further Maxi24EX in 2023.
These have all been very accurate functioning with temperature's, humidity and turning.
Very importantly, the back-up service from Brinsea has been beyond reproach. Amazing patience by their staff and Engineers when they need to solve any problems that novices like myself encounter.

An excellent company to deal with. Very friendly and helpful staff. we inadvertently ordered the wrong incubator, a call to Brinsea and the issue was solved with no quibble and no fuss. They liaised with the distributor who sent out a replacement and the incorrect incubator - which had been used to start incubating our eggs - was returned to Brinsea

We purchased the Brinsea Ovation 56EX incubator, and we are pleased with the product. Does what it says, and we really like the humidity control function. We wish your R & D team could look into some easier cleaning options for the top covers (latches instead of screws perhaps?). Otherwise, we are happy and would recommend the incubators to people. I have an OvaEasy 190 Advance incubator and can't fault it, so easy to run and clean with clear and simple instructions you can't go wrong. Perfect for large or staggered hatches as well as different species, have hatched emu and rhea eggs in mine. Sent it in for a service and the experience was so easy and was kept up to date throughout the whole process via phone and email. I recommend this company to anyone looking for an incubator!

I'm a veterinary surgeon with a special interest in poultry and have used Brinsea incubators, candlers and brooders for years as they're always so reliable.
They're easy to use and efficient to run meaning they're great for use in practice and in school incubation projects.
I would recommend Brinsea every time.

Superb Quality Incubators

As a novice I started with the Mini II Eco but soon progressed to using the Maxi II Ex which offers me all the features I could wish for with auto-turning and auto-humidity. This product has made such a difference to the success I have had and I have been extremely pleased with the quality and ease of use. Fantastic products from a great Company which also offers a terrific knowledge base.

Just bought the maxi advance ex . Absolutely terrible bit of kit, auto humidity does not work at all. Room temp alarm always going off when ambient temp is stable. Instruction booklet is far from clear and just printed b&w both sides a4 paper and stapled together like something you would expect with some cheap Chinese tat.
I sent a basic question to customer services before purchasing and the admin team never had a clue . So that would be a waste of time contacting them . After hatching 1000s of eggs over last 20 years with several brands of incubators I can honestly say for Brinsea to produce this level of product at such a premium price is very poor. They got there reputation of the stability and build quality of models such as the hatchmaker. Sorry Brinsea you have failed products of old where notorious with quality but not the new stuff..
