We had a fun couple of hours at the Gin School session, leaving with a bottle of our own creation.
We were welcomed with a G&T and Told all about the history of Gin. Then we started making. When we attended, there were four couples, 2 to each still, So each pair chose the flavour they wanted together.
Highly recommended to do with a friend or your other half!

Such a lovely afternoon making gin with the team at Brighton Gin, Lisa and Julie… great to sample the gin and learn about the history and making process.

My two Daughters and myself have just spent the most delightful two hours at the Brighton Gin School! We were treated to an arrival gin and then the two Ladies, Julie and Liza, talked us through making our own gin, with much laughter, but a whole lot of fun! We sampled a number of gins whilst ours were “brewing”, some definitely not to my taste, but the “Raspberry” was fantastic!! Definitely a case of if you don’t try it you’ll never know if you like it!!
We then bottled, labelled and waxed our own recipe, to be taste tested in two weeks time, brewing time!
Thank you Ladies for such an enjoyable experience, to be recommended to other gin loving friends!!
Note to self though, eat before you sample!!

I highly recommend the tour experience at Brighton Gin. Rachel was a great host. Very knowledgeable, humorous, and personable. It’s clear she is very passionate about the gin and the company as a whole.

I had to contact the company well in advance of our visit. The communication was always great and nothing was too much trouble.

The tasting was a hit, as was waxing and labelling your own mini bottle. And to top it off, the gin is absolutely delicious!

Money and time well spent. Thank you to the team!

Together with my partner we've done the Gin School event and it was truly great! The distillery team, Rachel & Jordan, were amazing and very knowledgeable. Seeing and hearing first hand how one of my favourite gins is being made was very interesting. Then we went on to making our own gin and received immense guidance from the team. Back at home, we rested our gin for a week and then went on to make great negronis.

In a nutshell, it was a great and very memorable experience, highly recommended!

Had the most fabulous time making gin on Saturday with my Mum and Sister - always love being greeted at the door with a well made G&T and our hosts Liza and Julie were so friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Amazing! They were lovely, really informative & entertaining.
