It doesn’t last. The packaging is poor. There’s moisture inside (see picture) which makes the cheese soggy so it goes off. Clearly the best before dates are wrong. Check the packets carefully before buying and don’t expect them to last more than a few days in the fridge. I presume that’s why so few supermarkets stock it.

This is indeed a great find. A building full of people inspired by cheese. Three units processing cheese into All shape, sizes & flavours for many great companies, exporting & importing mouth watering cheeses. While some companies quiver in the face of Brexit this Family business has opened up to the world & is expanding. If you see the logo a a piece of cheese; buy it: it’s going to be good.
