I'd love to visit this market every weekend for the milk tea and waffles from "Hey Flash", a Hongkong-style street food cart. I especially like their waffles with peanut butter, which is so eggy, fluffy inside, yet crispy outside. The bubble waffle is as nice and delicately made. The milk tea is well balanced and rich. The hotdogs, noodles and fish balls are worth-tasting, too. All foods are made-to-order, so gotta be patient which worth it.

I WOULD HAVE VOTED HIGHER BUT.....

I admire the efforts if the vendors.
I find it sad, the lack of effort or support from the town centre, lexicon or council...

Get some tables, chairs and umbrellas to make everything more appealing and grow the concept.
I won't hold my breath though. They (council) also Don't reply to people who make contact about a project that has so much potential. I don't think it'll ever be more than a few vendors on wheels, when we have who we have running this town...
