Have bought plants from this nursery several times now (for delivery to Wales). On each occasion the customer service has been excellent (it's nice to get straight through by phone to somebody both knowledgeable and friendly), the delivery service has been good, and the correct plants have arrived healthy and in good condition. Having had no luck at our local garden centres, we ordered a matching pair of topiary box tree balls for either side of our front door, and they arrived, just as described. Great quality and great value. Delivery was extremely speedy and my email / phone queries were responded to quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend Boxtrees Nursery.

Excellent nursery I talked to Bill as I wanted to buy an alternative to box for my terrace
He recommended Ilex crenanta Japanese Holly
It is very difficult to tell the difference.
The plants were despatched when I wanted them to arrive .Everything went acceding to plan and I am very pleased with the result.I have used this nursery for a long time .I highly recommend them for their personal efficient service with quality plants .

I was too late to order bare root plants to fill the gap in my Taxus hedge where I have removed a thirsty conifer. Against my better judgement I bought 80/120 cm pot grown specimens. They were posted as advised and arrived within 24 hrs in very good order resulting in what looks like a complete hedge - the change is as good as I could have wished for. One very happy customer!

This was the first time I have used Boxtrees and the experience has been a very good one. After some initial confusion with the on line ordering system, the whole process ran smoothly; the half standard box plants arrived within 5 days of ordering and Bill responded to my emails promptly and efficiently.
