Cash only but a card machine is nearby. We bought chicken thighs, stew beef streaky bacon and a pork loin joint.
All superb
Pork joint crackled all over, did not shrink or release any water. Taste was excellent.
Bacon also excellent again limited shrinkage and crisped up nicely
No issues with chicken or beef either, tasty and lean.
Worth a trip.
Very traditional, nothing fancy.

Cash only, you can get cash from the CO OP across the road, excellent butchers, high quality meat, and it sells beautiful and succulent salt marsh lamb from Archers cafe/red bank farm!

Superb butchers, absolutely the best sausages and the bacon is the best back bacon available in the uk. Ps its cash only
