We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Booth Farm over the weekend. The farmhouse has been lovingly restored with a very luxurious, high-end finish. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the towels and dressing gowns were of a high quality. We had all the equipment we could ever need in the kitchen. The house had been decorated with beautiful Christmas decorations, which was a lovely surprise when we arrived.

The communication from Duncan and Jen was great and we always had a quick response. We will definitely be back 😊 thank you for a fabulous stay.

Our stay at Booth Farm was amazing. The house is stunning—spotless, spacious, and yet cosy. Each room is thoughtfully furnished giving them a homely feel.

We were welcomed with milk, bread, butter, and the most delicious eggs in a beautiful and incredibly well-equipped kitchen.

The bathrooms have a luxurious spa-like feel, complete with fluffy towels and bathrobes, while the bedrooms offer ample storage, with beds and pillows that were wonderfully comfortable.

Duncan was super friendly and responsive , checking in to make sure all was well. Booth Farm truly has everything needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay. We will definitely be returning

When planning our wedding at Upper House Estate we came across Booth Farm & Barn Cottage online, we decided to book both cottages, one for our guests and then Booth Farm for our family the night before our wedding & also for me to get ready for our wedding in on the morning. Both cottages are absolutely stunning, the decor is immaculate and so well styled! The little touches are beautiful, everything has been thought of. The setting is absolutely gorgeous and we're already looking at coming back for a little holiday. Booth Farm was perfect for our wedding morning, there was plenty of room for our makeup artist & hairdresser - we all got ready in the kitchen with the fire roaring and it was just absolutely perfect. I also must mention that the flowers left in Booth Farm for us were so stunning - I wished they were my wedding bouquet!
Thank you so much to Duncan and Jen for creating such a beautiful place, thank you also for being so friendly and letting our little niece go and see the horses and also for putting up with us when there was a flurry of cars outside 🙈.
The cottages are absolutely stunning and a credit to the both of you.

Booth farm is a magical place to stay surrounded by stunning views and great walks. The house was perfect for a big group and kids. Duncan was kind enough to show the kids around the farm and help out with the feeding. Highly recommend this place for a family getaway !

Really enjoyed our little stay here, short and sweet this time but the accommodation provided everything we needed and the location is fantastic! Duncan and Jennifer have clearly gone to every effort to provide a wonderful stay for visitors and easily deserve five stars, not sure we could fault it if we tried, highly recommended.

We have just had a fabulous stay at Booth Farm! The house was immaculate and absolutely beautiful. The beds were super comfy with luxury shower and bath facilities. The setting was idyllic with everything you needed on your doorstep.

Whilst having a drink in the front garden on the first night, Duncan the owner took the time to introduce himself and even took our six year old daughter to meet the horses and his lovely dog, Lucy. On our last morning he invited us to feed the horses and the ducks on the farm and even gave us two fresh Duck eggs which we had for our breakfast! We could not fault one thing and we can’t wait to book again! My only regret would be that I wished I booked for more than two nights!!

Booth Farm (along with Barn Cottage which we also hired) was a perfect location for us to celebrate a friend's landmark birthday as a group of 11. The two cottages have been beautifully restored and have excellent facilities along with lots of space for larger groups to enjoy. The setting is really peaceful and ideally located for walks on Kinder Scout or around Hayfield, starting directly from the farm. There are also plenty of good local pubs for eating out, and shops in Hayfield or Buxton are not far away for provisions.

Thank you for a really wonderful stay at Booth Farm. It is a truly lovely setting in the magnificent Peak District. We were very lucky to be there when Duncan and Jen's sheep were lambing.
The sympathetic restoration of the house has been very tastefully done giving it all the comforts of modern living whilst retaining the character of the lovely old farmhouse. A great deal of thought has obviously been given to achieve this balance.
We would definitely recommend a visit to Booth Farm.
