The older lady at the entrance might be good to stock up the shelves but certainly not to be the first person one meets before enter the store.
I don't know how to explain her appearance and attitude rather then rude.
Management should consider to try to put some smiles on their staff faces as there is so meny wholesalers in the town and people like to go to places where they feel comfortable and welcome, which is not case with this store at all!

Place is ok but prices no better than a supermarket in may cases. Some stuff is ok and if you run a small corner shop or similar then this is the place to stick it but if you run a bar or pub or just want to stock up at home, prices elsewhere are much better.
