Good customer relations. Helpful, polite staff. Only given four stars because of stock issues. Several times the items we have wanted haven't been in stock for some time. Otherwise a pleasant experience using this store.

Good stock, prices can be quite high but it's a shop designed for people who can sell items on at a higher price, for an average person it doesn't offer the same low prices and variety as somewhere like makro or Costco but there's still good prices to be had on things like laundry and cleaning products

I have been shopping at bookers 2 to 3 times a week for the last 6 months. This establishment is extremely clean and tidy and always well stocked. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is to much trouble for them. If they don't have something in stock they will take the time to track the item you require and even deliver it to you within 24 hrs. Shopping at bookers for me is always a pleasure. Excellent customer service is given from every member of staff from reception, floor staff to checkout. Well done to a great team.
