Been shopping here for around 2 years. Friendly helpful staff, Jan, Julian and Amanda on the reception, Lee, Danny and Bert in the butchers and Jo in the fridge area are all brilliant. Just wish they had chicken skewers in every week! Look forward to our weekly shop.

Been a customer for years having a delivery every Saturday. Last month wanted 1 extra delivery mid week over £800 worth never arrived so lost out on a good days trading as biggest event of the year for us they put it down to a glitch in their system!!!never even got a sorry of them. We spent over £54.000 with them in the last 12 months alone. So if you need a reliable company go elsewhere folks. Cheers

I thought booker same company and if they are I live in Cheadle to get same drink in booker Stockport is £20 and ardwick 9.99 and joke . Totally rip off.

Went out in a bad mood as the lad there with dark hair and glasses treated me like dirt ...even though I'm honoured by H M Queen which makes no Difference, RUDE HORRIBLE STAFF I WILL STICK TO MIDDLETON BRANCH or parfetts round the corner

Some things are alot more pricey than costco. But lovely helpful staff and some great massive cakes and quiches.

The man on the till was quite rude. A large young man, he said immediately are we paying card for our 3 separate orders, when we said we need to pay one cash he was tutting and said we wanted to cash up so its easier for us. We explained that it can't be helped and this has never been asked before like it's a problem. He wasrude and rushing us...I wouldn't mind but it was 330 so still 30 minutes till closing!!!

Not been for over 2 years so I thought I'd pay a visit to see if anything has changed.
First stop to the customer services, I showed my old card and apparently it's not valid after 2 years !! Fair enough I thought!! Can I renew it? That's when I realized I'd stopped purchasing there, the customer service was appalling, rude, and condescending. Never in a million years will you ever get a penny out of me. If the customer service person who attended me today thinks that's how you treat a customer you should be sacked on the spot. Rant over good riddance Bookers
