Pretty grim as a shopping experience, although some (only some!) of the staff are friendly. Prices more expensive than places like Tesco, Lidl, Asda so you have to be very careful shopping there if you actually want a good deal.

I pleased order 7/01/25.
Mr Tony confirmed me we definitely receive delivery tomorrow. Even I mentioned him our delivery day is only Tuesday & Thursday. He said no problem you will receive delivery.
Whole day I waited no delivery driver coming.
I called Booker Portsmouth they said you will receive tomorrow. It’s ruined my whole day. Very bad delivery service.
