I recently visited this establishment and was quite disappointed by the attitude of the staff, particularly the younger employees. They neither smiled nor greeted customers when serving. One young girl(with hijab ), in particular, didn't bother to say "hi" or "thank you," which left me feeling unwelcome. Her body language and facial expressions gave off the impression that she didn't want to be there or serve customers at all—she seemed constantly grumpy. I believe customer service plays a huge role in the overall experience, and unfortunately, this really let the place down. I hope management addresses this issue soon.

The front reception lady is thinking herself as one the share holder of bookers. What a rude behaviour. The shareholders are even polite thou. Put some one who are customer friendly and polite.

It is like these guys are stuck in the 70’s. Customer service is almost non-existent. They are devoid of smiles, “thank you”’s, urgency. They look at you with blank stares. They most of the time don’t have answers to your questions and are painfully slow with everything. I know it is a different market, but take some basic lessons from Costco!

Products good. Easy to navigate but the staff can't be bothered to help you unfortunately. Don't think they want to be there. Overcharged and no apology! No interest in you or what you've bought. Such a shame. Used to be a happy place to buy all our catering needs.

The self scanning facility is a game changer. I used to hate having to go to bookers and now I love it. Even better than Costco because you can go in pick up what you need pay quickly and go unlike the massive queues you get at Costco.
