The only reason I avoid going to this store is the lady at payment desk. As I walked in only thing she said is they are closing soon which I am aware of as I have been using bookers for last 12 years. In my way out which was 15 minutes before closing time I had the pleasure of going to the payment desk. She did not make any eye contact never said a work apart from how much I need to pay. After the payment she pushed the invoice towards me and that was it. Even after I said thanks and take care she didn't say a word. She never smiles and always looks annoyed. Gateshead is my local branch and I only go there if I must only because of her.

Walked in and was met by instant smell of sweaty flip flops, smelt worse than a camels hoof,and there were a few in the car park am telling you. Avoid this place if you don't want to inhale the stench of gandis flip flop with a strong after smell of curry paste. Guy in the D. I. Y section was helpful think he called Ahmed a shed. Walked through the door to the sound of but but ding ding definitely won't be back

One of the worst customer services I have seen on this gateshead booker very very rude people no respect at all treating the customers like a dog .
I been few times but there is no change at all even if you say hello they won't reply.
