I can't fault the butchery dept. The service is fantastic, always have a laugh but what matters most is the meat is excellent. Never been disappointed and as a coeliac it's an added bonus that everything is Gluten free. What Barry lacks in looks he more than makes up for with knowledge and humour, top man great butchery, thoroughly recommend 🙂

I came in today . The butcher’s department was excellent. Clean and tidy. One butcher in particular a bald man , has an amazing tan might I add clearly knew how to use his tools as the presentation of the meat was outstanding. He was very polite and well mannered . Knew his stuff quite clearly . I’d recommend bookers meat all day long.

Absolutely incompetent when it comes to delivery’s and customer service. Delivery doesn’t arrive or most of it is missing, call customer service, they can’t help will get local depot “Folkestone” to call you! Never any phone calls, it’s either the most incompetent food delivery service there is or the Folkestone depot is a stand out of incompetence in the wider business. If you need a delivery service look elsewhere as you will have no menu to serve if you rely on them.
