One hour front off the gate call couple times booker walk on reception asked for warehouse staff on reception shortly will be with you.

Warehouse guy something do on yard but don't given shit lorries are front of the gate waiting.

Very easy to access close to a13, good size parking, good selection of products and friendly staff. Prices are a bit to high and need to be more competitive that's why 4 stars.

Good points - Well stocked.

Bad points - When it's busy they send you to the counter to pay, even when paying by card which takes even longer.

Not sure what the point of the security is in the car park as they are always on their phones. I pointed out that there was cars all parked by the entrance which were using the church next door, which made it really hard to pull into Bookers but nothing was done about it.

Staff were rude minus one lady (Karen) whom helped us. Bought over a £1000 worth of stock and get to the checkout the cashier was impolite (Indian gentleman) then comes to loading the van up and the tarmac is too soft from the heat so the pallet truck sunk into the ground 4 times a larger white haired gentleman came and had ago at us saying we weren’t supposed to use the pallet truck? We had 3 pallets to load.... The white haired gentleman then proceed to snatch the pallet truck, running over one of our workers feet then proceeding to say “well you shouldn’t have been using it on the first place”. This was all because they wanted to leave and go home early absolutely shocking customer service they were all rude and moody for absolutely no reason, this branch lets you down big time...
