Recently shopped here with my father who owns a business, they changed the layout of the shop removing the central allay that made navigating through the shop easier. It is now a long and tedious process to move around the shop and find things. All of the shoppers I spoke to also hated the change.

Excellent company. At their Broadstairs branch they have the best environment for Squennis (bit like Squash, bit like Tennis).

As disappointing as last time. Having used most wholesalers in Kent this one constantly disappoints me. Poor customer service and I'm sure it's just me as a small business bit they make it so hard and don't always have what we need once we have jumped through all the hoops.

Staff try really hard but overall this place has been a disappointing shopping experience for about 20 years. With the exception of those staff who all work hard..pretty much everything else about bookers is kind of rubbish. Honestly I feel sorry for them.

Very unclean. Items are covered in black dust.
Buthers sre the most misserable blokes ever. They are there to serve you but cant be bothered. They pretend they are busy.
Prices going through the roof.

If you want to buy bulk ie more of one item Bookers is the place to go. You have to be a business person ie self employed to go there. It's not like tesco, sainsbury's or Asda's ect. I think you get good value for your money, the people that work there are polite kind and helpful.
