Recently ordered a terracotta wine cooler. The item despite being well packaged sadly arrived broken. A quick email with photo attached was sent to customer services relating in a rapid response with a full refund. I also ordered some Fleur de sel which arrived with no issue at all. The site has some lovely items and I will definitely be using them again.

Wonderful products from a great little company. Always get the perfectly ripe roquefort. Brilliant artisan products with some showstopping cheese and charcuterie. A huge range that deserves a wider audience. I would always use this company for that extra bit of France over any british supermarket. Vive Le France
