Having suffered with lower back pain for over a year due to falling downstairs, a friend suggested going to chiropractor. Was a little apprehensive but physio didn't help. Seth has great and the difference is immense.
I was drained and struggling with walking,sitting and stairs. After several sessions and acupuncture the difference is amazing. Highly recommend Seth and wish I had tried sooner.

I thoroughly recommend Melinda as a gentle skilled chiropractor. I have attended regularly for around 20 years for pelvic adjustments and she keeps me pain free and active. Prior to seeing Melinda I had 7 years on painkillers and problems with different leg lengths after giving birth. I find that for me an appointment every 8 weeks works well and Melinda always suggests how long to wait. She also adjusts my ribs when my asthma is bad which helps open up my chest. I often see Rob for a targeted sports massage prior to seeing Melinda which makes the treatment extra beneficial.

I really recommend Mel as a gentle, patient and encouraging chiropractor. I have been taking my young child to see her for over 6 months, not for anything in particular, just to help keep them happy and healthy! Mel has been great at building my childs trust and making sure they're comfortable and confident about getting their adjustments. They now get excited about going to see 'Dr Mel' - the fun wall stickers help!

I cannot recommend Melinda highly enough. I started experiencing pelvic girdle pain 14 weeks into my pregnancy, by 16/18 weeks I struggled to walk 10 steps to the bathroom without being in severe pain. I had one visit with Melinda and it took the pain away almost in its entirety. I saw Melinda through-out my pregnancy where she made numerous adjustments and kept me pain free through-out the remainder of my pregnancy. I was able to continue going to the gym up to 38 weeks pregnant and walked daily until giving birth. I will definitely be visiting Melinda with any future pregnancies and would highly recommend her to anyone who is pregnant. Since giving birth I took my baby to Melinda at around 6 weeks as she was really struggling with bowl movements and would uncontrollably scream at the same time everyday as she tried to do the toilet. Melinda was extremely gentle with her and soothed her anytime she got upset as well as making sure I felt at complete ease and part of the process through-out the appointment. On our first visit Melinda could feel tension where her bowl lay and adjusted her in her arms. As soon as she had been adjusted she feel asleep in Melinda’s arms which was a miracle given she never slept during the day!

After having pulled my lower back out from rugby I have been seeing Mel for about 6 months now and she has completely changed my quality of life! After my first few appointments my pain levels plummeted and my range of movement improved significantly! Finally I was able to put on my own socks and shoes! I was so anxious to begin with because I was in so much pain I didn't want anyone to touch me! In my first session after a neck adjustment I burst out laughing! It felt amazing and I have felt relief after every session I have been to! I only go for monthly check ups now which are still so beneficial with my rugby and my skiing.
