Wow. What a fabulous way to spend an afternoon. Sheila the owner is lovely and knows her stuff. The horses are in lovely condition and very well behaved.
We went out for a two hour hack through the most beautiful countryside. Bex who was our guide was great, really friendly and we had a good laugh. Had a few trots and canters.
Going to go back for a day ride next year. Loved it 💚

We had a great day at Boltby Trekking despite the rain! The views were incredible and everyone who works there are lovely. I also think the price is great, and the horses were excellent to ride. We will definitely be returning!

What a beautiful experience! I'm a novice rider and had booked a 1-hour group ride. The circular trek was stunning with the scenery changing all the time. It was wonderful to experience riding on different terrains. Sheila and Hannah took such good care of us and made me feel very safe riding on my own. I would recommend the riding school to anyone - novice or not!

Sheila kindly booked us in for a 2 hour trek on Easter Sunday, and it was wonderful! As a complete beginner I was a little nervous, but we were well looked after, and felt comfortable and safe the whole time. Even did a little bit of trotting! Absolutely loved it, will be back for another go!

Me and my partner went on a 90 minute trek for my birthday and had a lovely time. I hadn’t ridden in a long time and my partner never had, Sheila was very accommodating and even let us have a trot. The route was perfect, lovely balance of woodland and open areas with a lovely view. The horses were lovely too, my horse Domino was so sweet. Would definitely come back!

We did a mini trek with our 4 children none of who had ridden before. We all had the best time. Shelia and her team were fantastic, made us all feel so comfortable. It's such a stunning area to ride around and the horses were amazing. Definitely recommend.

Managed to book on to a morning 2h trek quite last minute. Sheila was really helpful and lovely to speak to. Had a great ride, lovely scenery with varied paths. My horse was the epitome of a great trekking horse; safe, comfortable and fun to ride! I'm looking forward to coming back!
