I held my baby shower here on the 4th August and even from the planning stage, the staff and chefs were amazing. We had a special afternoon tea crafted which tasted amazing and everyone loved the food. The venue is stunning and the staff were very helpful with setting up, and catering to our table throughout the day. Cannot recommend enough, thank you for such a special day.

Great farm shop. Huge butchery section with fresh and prepacked meats. Cooked meats pies and pasties. The pork pies are fab! Fresh produce, ready made meals and pies ready to heat/cook. Frozen goods including fish. Lots of condiments, sauces, tinned goods, sweet treats, beers, seasonal goods. Great place to shop, with high quality produce throughout. The cafe is also very popular with a great menu and take away options.

Just three stars for the food in the cafe. Tinned tomatoes should never be allowed on a farm shop breakfast! Over hyped, under whelming. Warm beans, hard egg, cheap sausages.

The bread was the best bit with the breakfast. The young ladies were rushed off their feet, we'd already waited 45 minutes for food, not worth complaining!

I was looking forward to the pork cheese and the chipolata sausages and cornish pasty I bought. I found the cheese ones did not taste that much of cheese and the sausages quite dense but fairly dry compared to supermarket brands. The cornish pasty again a very good amount of filling but fairly dry and the pastry was quite hard and not very tasty. The ready meals are delicious. So in all fairly disappointed.

Had a lovely cooked breakfast in the cafe before spending time (and money) in the farm shop. Bought all sorts of food in the shop and the items we have eaten thus far have been extremely tasty. The staff in both cafe snd shop were very friendly. This is my first visit and looking forward to returning soon.

It was great a nice drive out, the roads to get to it are brilliant if you like driving. I didn’t enjoy the food as much as some of its competitors though that’s why I only scored it 4*. Still very worth a visit, plenty of parking.
