A seriously talented knife maker, Ive had a couple made and am blown away by the attention to detail and friendly nature in the process. Not to mention the finished article, being a razor sharp, beautifully balance knife, bespoke made that could last a life time. I highly recommend Boli Knives and would encourage anyone to treat themselves to something truly unique with incredible craftsmanship.

Thank you BOLI for designing and creating a STUNNING bespoke oyster shucking knife for my Dad's birthday. Beautiful wood handle with a beautiful grain and such attention to detail on all aspects of the forging. You can't put a price on this kind of artisan craftsmanship, even down to the care he takes to sourcing sustainable hardwood and using offcuts. I am quite sure this oyster knife will now be a treasured family heirloom (and more to the point, my Dad is so happy with it and uses it every Sunday). It feels really good to discover talented, local manufacturing, making such beautiful things Without having literal fingerprints on it, there is a sense of tactility to it, as well, knowing the time and love from its maker. It's more than just the oyster knife, it's a story to tell when people ask where it is from - which they do every single time! I loved seeing it evolve and you documenting the process on instagram too - made it feel even more special. I've no doubt Boli will go GLOCAL. x p.s. pretty cool t-shirts too!
