Love this company's food till today's not so nice one. Today's lunch was to be bol fresh noodles japanese teriyaki, sweet sticky and nourishing. Sadly, not I my case as it was lacking in something, so much so I binned half of it. There was no flavour to it and the texture of the STICKY noodles was not nice at all.

Between work and being a father I typically find it very tough to eat healthily on the move. I love the BOL range of products to keep me nourished throughout the day. I have a shake most mornings and after the gym and always have a couple of One Pot meals in the fridge to create quick and wholesome meals when I find time. Hands down my favourite brand on the market. PS. The new Shakes are incredible!!

The entire BOL range is incredible - you'd never guess it was plant based! My favourite are the OPMs, the new texan bean is absolutely delicious, it's so rich and great with a jacket potato, would highly recommend BOL products to anyone!

Can’t go without my daily Vanilla shake. I used to drink the old ones in the glass occasionally but found them a bit thick to finish. The new ones are perfect and taste even better!

The Chocolate Peanut Butter is my favourite go to drink when I am really busy at work. Convenient, tasty, loaded with protein, full of nutrients and yes with no added sugar.

I've had BOL for many years now- I was a huge fan of their salad pots back in the day which I was sad to see go. However, their new range is so good! My personal faves, the lentil daal, the pesto pasta pot, the malaysian noodles and their shakes which are both tasty and filling. I'm not a huge fan of protein shakes/cookies/bars or any of the above but their power shakes are actually great. Not that 'protein-y' taste and the hazelnut latte flavour works as both a filling brekky and a coffee in one. They've got a loyal shopper in me.

I've been eating BOL products for years now (I'd consider myself one of their top fans)- it's my go to for a healthy lunch on the go! And their new Power Shakes are absolutely perfect for breakfast- there really is a BOL for every occasion! They taste and look beautiful, and knowing it's all natural ingredients means their noodles are such a good quick alternative to a takeaway! I would recommend their products to anyone, and their pots are great for reusing as Tupperware, or even plant pots! The possibilities are endless. A solid 10/10 for this brand, I can't wait to see what they bring out next x
