So glad I went to Tony and his team for repairs to my passenger door. Everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Tina was off work unwell but she still emailed with the very reasonable quote one evening and the work was carried out very swiftly soon after and turned around in 24 hours. Couldn’t recommend Bodytone more highly. I was involved in a minor collision which left my car with a cracked front bumper and air intake, damaged kidney grills, a split front splitter and broken reg plate. Bodytone ordered the parts in very promptly and it only took them 3 days to repair the car. They restored and repainted the front splitter and even improved how it sits on the vehicle, as it was fitted in an improper position previously. They also went to the extent of cleaning the lights and the car before I picked it up. I’m simply blown away by the results, the car looks better than when I first got it! They have a level of care and attention like no other repair garage I’ve worked with. Five stars! ⭐️

One of those experiences where I don't believe I could have been happier. Super friendly and very knowledgeable guys, meticulous and professional. Undercut every other quote I had been given by a respectable amount and went beyond what I had expected.

I had a complete respray in a recently released Nissan Boulder Gray paint plus a few other interior parts painted to match. They cleared up some rust on the arches, deleted my redundant aerial and rear wiper. Have recommended to my friends and the wider Z community.

I really don’t like to leave a bad review but unfortunately my experience of this BodyShop was poor. I read up on BodyTone and saw great reviews, I even had a mate of mine use them and the work they did on his car was immaculate!

I want to be fully transparent with my review and say that the customer service from BodyTone was actually really good. But unfortunately the quality of the work I received was not good.

They had my car in just before Christmas (2022) and they explained to me the finish of the paint would be ‘factory finish’ . They resprayed the boot, front bumper and a section of the rear bumper.

When I picked up the car I had a quick check over the paint and I was really happy but once I had got home and fully checked the car over I realised that there were some defects with the paint (lacquer peel, specs in the pains and heavy orange peel). I had also noticed that the taillights had not been removed to respray the boot (although they told me that they would remove them). I knew this because there was overspray on the lights.

I took my car back to them and they straight away re-booked the car in to carry out the work again at no extra cost. Their response was really good and I was made confident that this was just a 1 off. They fully acknowledge that the work carried out was bad quality.

A few days later I picked the car back up and to be fair the paintwork was a lot better but unfortunately a few weeks later and the paint has started to peel on the corners of the boot and also the front bumper. The taillights were never removed on the 2nd respray as there are paint runs between the lights and the body of the car.

I really don’t like to write a bad review about this bodyshop but feel like my car was rushed through their bodyshop 2 times and the work still isn’t right.

My car is my pride and joy and I was really disappointed . The total of the work was around £1000 but I wouldn’t say it was worth this much at all. This was a frustrating experience as I spent weeks trying to find a high quality bodyshop and after various quotes a chose BodyTone; even though they were slightly more expensive they filled me with a lot more confidence than other body shops. Unfortunately the outcome was not what I hoped for.

To anyone thinking of using BodyTone: I would say that if you want a good quality repair after and accident then they are probably the right people for the job. But to anyone who wants to take their pride and joy to them I would recommend to go elsewhere.
