I have to say I’m not a big fan of prep meals but after a recommendation from a friend I decided to check out body kitchen..
Meals are actually delicious and contain everything you need out of a meal for all your nutritional requirements.
Especially if you are a busy person like myself.
Training and preparing food can be quite time consuming so this is a game changer.
Highly recommended

Good options for a variety and reasonably priced. However nutritional information completely incorrect and misleading for those whose main purpose for getting prep meals is to support with calorie control. If looking for quick meals, worth it. Would not recommend if wanting support with weight lose, gain or keto.

This meal prep delivery service is undoubtedly the best in the UK. The food consistently arrives tasting fresh and clean, free of added sugar, salt, preservatives, and any other unnecessary additives. The customer service is always top-notch and they are truly dedicated to providing a great experience. Excellent!

Very friendly and fast service! BodyKitchen offers such a great range of meals to suit any crave. After trying most of the range, I can’t see why anyone would go back to prepping their own meals again

I’ve been receiving these meals for the last few weeks and have chosen the keto menu. I have found the food to be fantastic. I’ve enjoyed all my meals and there is a wide variety so I’m not getting bored with my selections. You can tell it’s freshly prepared with good quality ingredients.
The team are fantastic and will bend over backwards to get any issues resolved. I’ve had a couple of problems with DPD and the team at Body Kitchen have been very helpful.
I’ve signed up for 3 months and intend to continue with them long term.

Throughout the past year The Body Kitchen has been my absolute go to for my meals. I cannot put into words how perfect the experience has been.

From fast delivery, excellent customer service from their team to fresh and tasty ingredients.

Great variety of meals to choose from to so you can never get bored of the normal repetitive meals.

I'm not one normally to go out my way to write a review but I can safely say these guys know what they're doing and will continue to have my custom.

Just started using the body kitchen a week ago. I wanted to stop eating ‘meal deals’ from the supermarket every day at work and replace it with something healthy. I was not disappointed! Not only do I feel better for eating better food but it tastes so bloody good! I tried a variety of meals recommended by Lewis rather than pick what I thought I would prefer, and they have all been amazing. The salmon and rice or the chickpea curry has to be my favourite to date. I have already placed an order for another 10 meals for the next 2 weeks at work. Would highly recommend
