The cafe itself had a pleasant and fresh atmosphere. I love how everything from the plant decor to the cozy green couches gives off a fresh herbal vibe, the pillows on the couches were really pretty with a floral design. The chairs that had wooden backs really adds to the tone of earthly freshness of the cafe. The tables also had a really cute flower 🌺 decor which adds to the calm vibe. The bubble tea was affordable but average, it tasted like the flavour I ordered (customer standards lol)
But I really loved the atmosphere of the cafe, will come back next time with friends.
Edit: I take back what I said about the bubble tea, it is exceptionally unique, especially the cherry bakewell!

Nice cafe, plenty of drinks and food options available. Lots of gluten free options too, which was great to see, and the gluten free cakes were separate showing they take allergens seriously. The staff were friendly and the matcha tasted lovely.

If you’re looking for a little something different for a birthday party then I would highly recommend Bobcat in Sunderland.
Our Daughter had her 9th birthday party and had the best time celebrating with friends.Everyone gets to choose from the selection of fabulous drinks, get to decorate delicious waffles which the children loved. And then party games.Big shout out to Sam
Who was a fabulous host.Nothing was to much trouble and really looked after us.Sam
made our Daughter feel so special and really made a fuss of her.We now can’t wait to return to try more of the brilliant menu.

Visited yesterday for the first time after hearing good reviews about this place. My son got a mango milk tea with cherry bubbles and said it was delicious. Nice cafe, very clean and welcoming. Friendly and attentive staff. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend visiting.

Amazing coffee and food. Very nice staff, I’ve only been to 1 cafe in the world that compared and that was in Venice. Hard to believe there is something this good in Sunderland, I also saw John Mayer’s absolute Dopplegänger in there, my god what an amazing day out.

Really tasty food. Great choices for veggies and vegans and great coffee. Go for lunch or breakfast to enjoy the menu. Excellent service too. There's an upstairs for eating in and a couple of places to sit downstairs. Highly recommended.

I visit this shop very frequently, the employees are sooo kind and sweet always welcomed with a big smile and leaves with one to❣️🤗. The music in the shop is sooo great never complains about it. The food is amazing as well as their drinks🤩😋, my favourite order is a larger vanilla milk tea with tapioca as it tastes sooo good every time I order it, being a frequent customer means you get to create a bond with the employees at the shop I am sooo happy the shop never fails to remember my face as well as my order🫶🏼🥹, thank you soo much lucky cat boba for always brighten up my day with your big smiles and lovely chats.❣️

Returned again in New Year Simply the best 👌 Fantastic selection and Hot chocolate unbelievable Staff so helpful 😀 returned again 27th January 1st class again

I have since returned 8 times and am working my way through menu ! With excellent results the waffles are so delicious I can't believe it ! ! I've today also had hot chocolate again totally awesome 👌 👏
