If you want to get tied into a lengthy contract that you are stuck with, even when it no longer suits the needs of your business. And you would like to be charged astronomical termination fee, then go with B&M. They used to be great until changed ownership and now are inflexible and ruled by "computer says no".

Couldn’t make up what goes on with these bunch of clowns and their incompetence. I Stopped doing business with them in 2022. They bill me for a month after they collect the bin in error. Fine, it gets sorted, They credit me back finally and close the account in 2024. Then I am sent a debt recovery letter for £24.18 in 2025…..🤡

We have been with B&M waste for some time now and our bin had become old unsuitable for us. I contacted them to see if we could get an upgrade and within a couple of days we had a new waste bin delivered. They always reach out to us to make sure we are happy with their service and their customer service is 100% always. I would definitely recommend to any other businesses to go with these.

Awful experience with this company. Not turning up for weeks then when I ring them, I get told that they have changed the route, so now they come when we are closed and there isn't any access. They charge for overweight bins when they only have cardboard boxes that aren'e even broken down in them. Get a 'not my problem' attitude from the office staff. I tried to cancel the contract, but was told that I can't and basicall tough luck as it's rolled over into another year even though I'm not at the end of my contract yet. I have been quoted for 2 bins instead of the one from I have from B&M, £600 a year cheaper!
Very poor show!!!! Avoid this company at all costs!.

Moved premises on the same estate. Had to sign up to a new contract which area manager can't get out quick enough to sign you up. Then hear nothing as they can't be bothered to arrange collection. Drivers are great when collections are booked but office/admin is shocking at this company.

Update 6/10
Phoned B&M 5/10 10:30am to try to resolve the issue of getting bin collection booked in from new contract. Could not be resolved, will pass issue on to correct department who will contact you back same day. No call or email back.

Phoned again 6/10 issue of booking a collection. Spoke to customer service manage who could not resolve the issue, again told would have to speak to different department and will phone back in an hour. Two hours later still nothing.

Will be going somewhere else to a company who wants business and makes booking collections easier.

BEFORE SIGNING ANY AGREEMENT WITH THIS COMPANY TAKE LEGAL ADVICE!
Please be aware that B&M may impose a punitive early exit penalty on your contract.
I signed up initially for a weekly business waste collection in April 2021, then changed to fortnightly collections in September 2021 as we weren't producing as much waste.
I didn't realise at the time, but this variation in our collection schedule triggered a new electronic agreement, with terms and conditions hidden in the small print meaning it can only be cancelled without charge during an arbitrary cancellation anniversary window of 30 days once every year.
Early cancellation carries a 40% penalty. My early exit fee is estimated at >£250 so I'd be paying 40% for NOT getting my bins emptied for 16 months!
It's probably not worth taking legal advice nor risking having them send the bailiffs round for this figure.
This behaviour might be legal, and I regret not spotting it in the small print, but it is sharp business practice that other customers should know about before signing up with B&M Waste.
The lady I spoke to in customer service was very polite but had no power to overturn this rule.
Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware)

P.s. And whoever replies to these review on behalf of B&M Waste, your standard copy/paste reply "contact customer service team" won't cut it. I've already contacted them by email and phone.
