Can’t thank Alex and the team enough for the excellent care they give our dogs. Alex is very calm and patient, our very nervous Whippets are so much at ease with him, it takes the stress out of going to the vets for us all! Will never go anywhere else, I trust them completely with my treasured pets.

Can’t say thanks enough, from the receptionist, to the nurse and the vet, who were all so nice to my little rescue girl. Everyone made a fuss of her and made her feel safe. Vet was extremely thorough and gentle with her, highly recommend. Thanks again.

Vet Andrew is compassionate honest when he has been looking after our family dogs.
The whole team at Hebburn are brilliant.
Andrew and the team not only look after your animals but also you yourselves when discussing best treatments and options.

When that awful day comes to say goodbye to your beloved pet they treat you and your pet with great compassion respect and dignity.

The vets and nurses have all been great, but the receptionist (dont know her name but accent not local) is consistently rude and miserable. Never smiles, never says hello, goodbye or thank you. Thought that was a standard requirement for a receptionist.

The Hebburn branch gave me an emergency appointment when my cat was unwell. The diagnosis and medicine sorted the problem. The vet was very thorough and professional and the receptionist was pleasant and caring.

Been taking my dogs here for over a decade. The staff are all brilliant. From puppies to my now my remaining elderly dog they're fantastic, she is a big American bulldog who is terrified of nail clippers and they succeed where I fail to do her nails and always fuss her and give her so many treats that she never wants to leave!
