We recently used BLT in Brighton and they were fantastic!
Before the wedding we chose our menu and had a taster session. The chef was so open to our thoughts and happy to tweak anything or make it more or less spicy, gluten free etc. As it was, it was all so tasty we didn't change a thing.
Service was so smooth and friendly and we've had nothing but compliments about the team and the food! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely delicious mini dishes in bowls at the part Saturday night! This isn’t the first time I have experienced BLT’s food either and every time it’s amazing. The afternoon tea at home is fantastic, and the platters I collected were great and saved me so much time. My Christmas dinner even came from BLT last year so no hesitation getting me order in this year! Thanks so much for providing delicious food and great service!

I was very impressed with the service received from BLT Catering for our special Guest Open Day event last week. The food was fantastic and beautifully presented. Everyone was well looked after including myself. As I was chairing the evening, I often found myself having to prepare away from the main group, but still, the catering staff managed to find me and ensure that I was looked after. We had the privilege of using BLT recently at our garden party. Not only were the team professional and attentive the food was great too! What I noticed was the cleanup process - normally after a party it goes on for hours afterwards. This was all taken care for us, not a worry about cleaning up at all. BLT we’re used for an event I attended recently and provided a cold buffet. The food was absolutely fantastic, suck variety and flavour. Would highly recommend for any event whether large or small.
