Had an amazing private farm tour yesterday with my daughter.
I love alpacas and she love goats so it was a perfect combination for us!
Glen was very friendly & informative about all of his wonderful animals.
We met and got to hand feed the alpacas and walked one around the inside of the paddock. We done 'goat fishing', hand fed the goats and also each got to cuddle a baby goat who was only a week old 🥰
I'd definitely recommend this as an experience and we will be coming back to try the goat yoga 🧘‍♀️

The alpaca walking experience at
Blackwater was perfect in every way.

Claire & Glenn were the perfect hosts.
They made us feel very welcome straight
away, it was very well organised and
were so helpful with all their knowledge
telling us all sorts of facts throughout the experience.

The walk itself was fantastic, we loved our alpaca Jon Snow and was great looking around as it was such a lovely scenery. Goat fishing was very amusing, certainly wasn't expecting that!

We then went to look at the female
alpacas before going into the goat
enclosure where we were swarmed by all
the goats which was amazing and getting to hold a pygmy goat was the icing on the cake. Thank you Claire & Glenn for such an experience.

What a lovely place to visit. Glenn and Claire have created a unique and really enjoyable experience in beautiful surroundings. We were introduced to all the alpacas and their different personalities. The walk through the forest was magical, then we met the mischievous goats and cuddled the cute babies. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend a visit to the farm.

My daughter & self had a great day yesterday, 11/5/24 walking the alpacas, cuddling the baby goats and goat fishing! Who knew there was such a thing? Glenn & Claire are lovely, so welcoming and very knowledgeable, I’d love to go back to do goat Pilates/ yoga. This treat was a birthday present from my hubby.

Went along to one of their goat yoga sessions, it was amazing! The yoga instructor was great despite all the distractions, staff were really kind too and made sure that everyone got a chance to interact with the goats and get photos to remember the experience 🙂

My friend and I did the goat yoga and had the best experience ever. The goats were so friendly and funny, the staff were so welcoming and made it a great time, and the yoga teacher (Cat) did a wonderful job of running the class with the goats making it hard to concentrate on the actually yoga. 100% would go again.

Very enjoyable two hours spent with the alpacas who are very much loved and cared for by Claire and Glenn we learnt so much about the alpacas while on a lovely walk down to the river and though the forest and back to the farm where we left our alpaca s behind to go goat fishing .Fernando first gear🦙 and opal 🦙

A great experience at pygmy goat yoga yesterday! Fantastic hosts and yoga tutor, well organised and the pygmy goats were so cute and very interactive in the class of their own accord. Would highly recommend this experience!
