If I could give a zero rating I would! The most rude and unhelpful member of staff on shift this morning. Kadjid- 3/6/18 at 10:15
I rang in the morning to ask if a parcel was there in my name - he said come down and check yourself, I’m too busy.
So I drove there, and he was so rude to me. He wouldn’t check but demanded my I.D first.
When he finally checked the parcels that were behind the counter he just said no.
I asked why he couldn’t of checked for me when I called this morning. He said “too busy” very abruptly. There wasn’t anyone else in the shop apart from me. Very rude and ill mannered man. Will not be going back, and would advise anyone not to use this store.

This place and the staff there are absolutely useless! The people that work there are the rudest, most unhelpful and arrogant people. Both inside and outside it is very dirty. They are plainly not from the Blaby area and do not represent the people of this area. You are well advised to stay clear of this place and take your business elsewhere until they leave (hopefully soon) and new staff and new owners come along.
