Hi left our 2 staffies here at weekend for the first time . Both my boys don’t go in kennels much at all but would definitely return to birch pet hotel if we were to leave them again

Our dogs have been going 5 4 years. Rob (staff - management *I think*) is always amazing to deal with and always makes it feel personal when we drop off and pick up our dogs.

Our dog Malish stayed on this dog hotel last year, we left him for a week because we had a cruise to go, when we came back malish was very skinny and acted really strange for weeks, after some days we found that his 2 back teeth were broken, he never chew stuff at home, so we found that he chewed the cages on this day care when left there, i feel very sad when i remember the moment i saw him when i came back.

We’ve just collected our border terrier Ralph after his first two night stay here. He seems like he’s absolutely loved his time at Birch Pet Hotel and has come home happy and healthy, and I am a very happy dog mum. The staff are lovely and the lady who helped us on drop off and collection seemed to have really bonded with him which was such a relief, and the stay was very very reasonably priced. I would absolutely not hesitate to use Birch Pet Hotel again and we will be booking him in for a longer stay when we go away in October - and I will be able to relax knowing he is getting the best care and attention. Thank you!

My max has just come home from his little holiday at birch pet hotel and I honestly can not recommend them enough he’s been extremely well loved and cared for and he’s come home as happy as he was when he went in there I will definitely be using birch pet hotel again in the future

Took my two German Shepherds here for the first time this week, they had never been in kennels before so I was very nervous about finding the right one. But the staff are lovely and very friendly/ accommodating. They also fed them their usual food. The place seems very clean/ tidy and we saw the staff walking other dogs too whilst there. Picked them both up today and both are very happy and healthy no issues at all. You can tell they have been well looked after. You can see the staff are great with the dogs too whilst there. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with Spot’s stay at Birch Pet hotel, he seemed fine when we dropped him off and trotted off quite happily!
