I never ever I have tasted Biltong before.

For who don't know about what is Biltong is Biltong originated in South Africa and is a type of dried meat snack. It is prepared using premium cuts of meat that have been marinated, seasoned, and then air-dried. The result is a deliciously tender snack that is high in protein and low in carbohydrates.

I was gobsmacked by the way I was treated. Staff was very friendly and had no hesitation on explaining products on the shelves. I would highly recommend this shop to those who like these unique snacks.

I highly recommend it!! I've tried some Biltong around the country and this is definitely some of the nicest biltong I've had by a long shot. I'm not from South Africa myself unfortunately but I have friends that are South African and they've said that this biltong is worth it.

I also bought the volcano bites and I'm yet to try it but I should be going to a party soon so we will see what happens ?

After ordering I did realise there was alot of additives and sent a immediate request to cancel which was ignored unfortunately.
The biltong tasted very nice in the end ,
But encorperates MSGs which are not good for you , Hydrogenated Fats which are terrible for the body to process and various e numbers.
Biltong is often sought after by fitness and health people and should try carefully to maintain a balance where health is concerned.
Not just man-made preservates and flavour enhancers along with Hydrogenated fats ..may require a second thought if purchasing regularly and in quantities, which I do .
Very tasty biltong and if your not concerned to much about added Fats and additives then go for your life I would say .

Delicious and authentic biltong. Very helpful staff that walk you through the options with samples to allow you to taste (dryness, thickness, fat content) so you can order your perfect batch to take home. Will continue to visit as its the closest you'll get to visiting SA.

Why have I only just found out about biltong. ½ a kilo lasts 2 days.
