We visited this week and what a lovely welcome we had. Staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. The animals were even friendlier, especially one particular goat and alpaca. We petted bunnies, cuddled a goat, fed the pigs, and enjoyed a picnic taking in the views of the Tyne.

Not many places are free these days, but this was a refreshing change, for a small donation.

I look forward to seeing how this farm grows in the future with the help and support of future donations.

Such a sad place and not meeting basic animal welfare. Needs a huge investment of cash. So much rubbish lying around and in animals enclosures. An alpaca was a tiny enclosure. No food, no hay, no companionship, no grazing. Goats were very vocal due to lack of available food. Fences in very poor condition. We keep most of the animals that were on show here and left feeling deeply upset. I'm not sure how they are hitting the requirements of their animal exhibition licence

Very sad. Needs a huge influx of funds and how are the staff going to accomplish this? Almost all fences are poor, cafe is closed, animals very well looked after so limited funds are being spent where most important. Needs inspiration and community funding or the end story looks inevitable.

Visited here today with my daughter and had a lovely time, great for the dog too. Enjoyed seeing all the animals whom were really gentle and well looked after. The ice cream is lush too! Will be even better when the cafe opens up soon.

I took a visit to Bill Quay farm with my friends and it was a really fun day out! For £2 an adult, we got to interact with their small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs and chinchillas). There was animal feed for sale at £1 a bag, we fed the Alpacas, Pigs and Goats. The cafe is open Mon - Sun, 10am - 4pm and the food was really good, I'd definitely recommend the brownies.

Took my 2 year old niece here. She loved feeding the animals and the colourful artwork, especially the beautiful gruffalo mural.

The food at the café was tasty and well priced. All the people working there were friendly and helpful.
