Terrible rude driver! Pulled out on me on a roundabout. Caused me to do an emergency stop. Hurled abuse at me. Then he stopped in the middle of the round about in hope I would crash into the back of him and destroy my car!

I had to pickup my 7 month old baby, and the driver refused to move the lorry, blocking my only exit!! Terrible.

I have been using Bidfood regularly again for a while now. I stopped using them for a while. Aaron Park, their Business Manager, has delivered on nearly all his promises to improve my experience of Bidfood. The customer service and call centre ladies I speak to are all lovely. Going above and beyond always. And the delivery guys, Liam in particular, do an amazing job!! It's a pleasure guys and thank you for all your hard work.

Trying to deliver 2 pallets. Been waiting on bay for over an hour. Chatted to another driver who has 1 pallet and he has been waiting for over 2 hours! Bidfood are have no respect and don't care that we have to deliver to other people and we have driving and working restrictions to adhere too.
This is the worst company to delivery to in Sussex at least. Many drivers refuse to deliver here, I may be joining them.
As I'm sitting here typing this the driver with 1 pallet has had enough and left!!.

Well been here a few times if your early forget it take plenty to eat and drink because you will need it .No communication just wait infront of the bay till we want you ! If I was you I would go hire a deck chair eat fish and chips and an ice cream come back 3 hrs later they might be ready for you then .Avoid it if possible and not even a busy place best of luck you will need it 😩.

hello, today, Friday, March 25, at 13:30, I placed an order for you. The order ends at 16:00. This week is mother's day and we are crazy busy. I called you to inquire about an order and by coincidence I found out that my order would not arrive on Saturday and this is happened second time now. There cannot be such a work ethic if I had not called you. I would not know that he could not come and I would be disgraceful to my customers. I wanted to talk to the manager. The phone is off. Friday, March 25th. At 15:00, a manager cannot turn off his phone during business hours. I will take my order myself, but they said it would not be ready even though I said you can prepare it. You have disgraced me, you have done this before. You are disgraced.
