Only been here a handful of times but can pretty guarantee the exact same service. Useless.
Arrived 40 minutes early told to wait on bay , doors closed. Haven’t got a problem with that. Still waiting and now an hour over my booking time and still not getting tipped. The fact that you’ve had a large delivery prior to my arrival is not my problem, it’s yours. My problem now, created by you is that I’m now running late and the next customer is likely not going to get their goods.
Bidfood Bicester prior to this drop, arrived on time tipped 9 pallets and away all within 30 minutes. Maybe some cross training would be in order with them to see how they manage to be efficient but you are not not

Came here for a delivery and due to previous drop was early. Got told to wait in the truck. 2 hours later I asked how much longer it would be and the lady was quite rude and said we've been in a meeting that's why there's a delay but you'll just have to wait! This is not the first time this has happened to me here, it seems to be a point of principle that they will not unload until at least the booking time has passed regardless of whether they are busy or not. Be warned!

UPDATE:
Been some time since I've been here, the good news is the guy on goods in was at least polite. However, it still seems to be a point of principle not to start unloading until the booking in time has passed by at least 15 minutes. The really annoying thing is it's not even busy! 1 other truck here and no activity there either. Over an hour on the bay and unloading not even started! Dreadful!

Came here to do a delivery, was left waiting for hours to get on the bay for frozen. Even though I had no booking times written on my paperwork, I was told afterwards that I actually had a booking time. They pretty much left me waiting till my booking slot, even though it was only for 3 pallets. Make sure you don't turn up early here, you will be left waiting

I would give a minus 100* if I could.
The worst suplier I ever work with. There is something wrong with almost every single delivery. Costumer service e has no clue what they doing.
They messed up my delivery 4 days in a row. That's impressive.I placed an order on Thursday for Monday. Friday I didn't get my standing order.
Monday I didn't get neither my standing order or my additional order. Tuesday they sent me 2 items wednesday when my Monday delivery turned up it was still short even tho I spent the last 4 days with them on the phone On the top of that I been dbl charged for all this. Avoid to get suplied from them at any cost. An absolute joke. They fail to meet the basic expectation.

Arrived 40 mins after book in time was told no not going to tip you we've cancelled the order now .when I asked will you take it in the morning they said just as well tip you now we suppose and they did .

Good and clean. Trees could cover signs for delivery chaps. They are so small.
56 minutes wait for bay instead all free.
Had soft drinks. 1,5 h to offload.
Lady in goods in office probably has first class IGNORANCE ACADEMY. Good luck chaps...

Turn up at 9:00 for a 9:15 tip. Held until 9:45 before being told which bay to go on to. The goods in secretary clearly had no interest in doing her job. Showed complete lack of professionalism with her interaction with other staff and other drivers, becoming irate with people for just asking basic questions, regarding the site operations. Too busy pushing pencils in an attempt to look busy, rather than concentrating on the real tasks at hand and actually being busy, I have met heroin addicts who organise themselves better and more efficiently. Also the office staff smoking by the vehicle refueling area, a complete lack of attention to Health and Safety and social responsibility. With the extended wait for paperwork along with the aforementioned issues above made the experience here was less than satisfactory.

Possibly the least efficient bid food I’ve been to. Every time I come here they are always a couple hours behind. Arrived today at 11:00 had to pull out at 14:00. 3 hour wait and I never got on a bay.
