It's nowhere, said how high is canopy. Today was delivered by 15'6" trailer. And lucky me, it's fit under canopy with probably 10-15 cm spare.

There is hardly any room on this SMALL site. Totally disorganised and slowwww, had a 9.30 book in, arrived 09.20, now 11.30 and still waiting.

Disorganised and not enough space for the number of vehicles using the site. Added bonus is a Bidfood driver complaining loudly that supplier drivers get priority (as if we’re the ones who decided that?) and another one zooming onto the bay that I’d just been allocated by the Goods In office; leaving me stuck in the middle of the yard mid-reverse. Unimpressed to say the least.

I don't care why you've cancelled all your deliveries today, but why would you go around knocking on every truck at 0630 to tell them that? I'm not delivering to you, and the fact my curtains were still closed should be an indicator that I'm not ready to start my shift yet. Just tell people as they arrive rather than making stupid assumptions and waking people up.

Tipped here this morning. Very friendly staff in goods in office. Unloaded in a timely fashion. Only problem, for an artic is not a lot of room to park or manoeuvre.

Poor signage and procedure for visiting drivers.

No gate person, no sign explaining where to proceed to on entrance.

No one way system and they don't allocate a bay on entry, so you have to do 3 manuevers (park, turn and bay park) then sit in front of the bay for half an hour and wait for them to shout to open your doors and back on bay. Then you reach into the bay with your keys. Dangerous and inefficient practice.

Delivery for 6 and they called onto bay at 06:35?!

Some staff are helpful but most are very rude talk down to you, bit of a power tip place not alot of room as they load up the vans where the artice need the room and it right near entrance and exit so becare when goin in, some days in and out but more often wait, wait and don't be late as they put you in the naughty coner and drag there heels, seam to forget the tacho law and other traffic, lol
