Best depot I have been to in a long time. I arrived earlier than my book in time, as there was a free bay, I was put straight on it. As soon I was on the dock, the red light was on, and the pallet was off in seconds. Getting the delivery checked and signed was really fast as well. George is the man to see if you want 5 star service.

Just started using their new home customer order system and I have to say it was great. Staff were super helpful when I couldn't find the depot (google maps needs to be updated see my attached photo for actual location). When I arrived at the depot I gave them a call and my order was loaded into my car for me. Will def order from there again.

Been delivering to Bidfood on behalf of Drummonds Distribution for the past year and never had any problems,sometimes there is a wait if its a busy day but the guys at goods in always give you a heads up and work to get you tipped as soon as they can. Last week it was really busy and they opened up another bay for me to get tipped.Dont get that anywhere else Ive delivered to. Guys in the office are sound aswell and if youre lucky you get a biscuit passed your way.5/5

I am a artic Deliver driver hope this helps others till the road opens. So place is easy to find j2 then turn left etc....normal way that's fine. The road is closed cause there working on the railway bridge at the moment. so u need to go the long way round. Which I came back towards livingston j3 turn left along the dule carriageway ti o the roundabouts straight over them to A71 long the road to Bonington Road tight left turn and that will bring you to the other side of the railway bridge that's closed.

If you know David Phillips commercial it be like if ur heading to his on the A71 passing his turn to Bonington Road.
