Well impressed. In and out in 30 mins. Only had 5 pallets but he’d tipped them in the time it took me to walk back to my cab from dropping my keys in. Friendly and efficient. Also slightly bigger than most Bidfood sites

Arrived at 10:00hrs for a 10:15hrs booking. Told to park up as no bays available. 10:45hrs told to go on a Bay, 11:45hrs and unloading hasn't even started. Goods In bloke just shrugged and said you can leave if you want!
I deliver to a lot if not most of the Bidfood depots and this one is close to the worst for service and attitude of the staff.

06.30 to 08.30 to get a bay then another 30 mins just to take 3 pallets off . Another place that thinks it’s ok to give you a booking time then make you wait 3hrs even when your on time. Only hgv drivers get treated like this . Why give a booking time if it’s a case of we will get to you when we have time . Absolute joke . Late for second delivery, not that they care. Honesty… if you’re on a time schedule then you will be late. Places like this that make you wanna give up driving hgv .

Absolute joke of a place turned up early for my booked delivery to be told don’t take delivery after 1pm and everyone’s gone home early come back tomorrow …. Seriously no delivery’s after 1pm that’s ridiculous ?

I have worked in the industry for over 20 years and I can safely say that this company's service and reliability over the last few months has become beyond a joke. Multiple missed deliveries, zero contact and notice on delay on delivery, attempted deliveries on days we are closed, lack of contact on new order rules the list goes on. I appreciate that these are different and difficult times but to have no real attention or attept to apologise or let me know of issues is unacceptable.

I'm an individual consumer and Bidfood has been great for us, as the major supermarket deliveries are still too busy. On time delivery and a lot of products at very competitive prices. My only criticism is that their fresh vegetables are a bit hit-and-miss, but they have been great in rectifying this. Thank you Bidfood and stay safe all!
