We used Beverley Morris for the recent sale of our flat and purchase of our new house. We couldn't recommend Oliver highly enough - he was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, always being thorough and efficient with all the work he did for us. We used a different solicitors for a previous purchase and the service we received from Beverley Morris was immeasurably better! So much to recommend. Highly professional service from initial inquiries to completion of a home purchase. Thoroughly recommend this independent business over any larger company. Oliver Simpson was our residential property conveyor: 10 STARS because he was so helpful and nice, but also really on the ball, getting us through some sticky moments in the sale. We could not have asked for a better conveyancer. While the process took longer than expected for a purchase with no chains, this was mainly due to the incompetence of the sellers solicitor. However, despite the overall frustration at the sellers solicitor, we had comfort in having Oliver throughout the process, he helped us with chasing and providing constant updates. Being first time buyers Oliver was patient with us and answered all of our questions, his response time was almost always immediate and there was always someone covering while he was away. Unlike other solicitors where their conveyancing clients isn’t a priority this isn’t the case here. We chose Beverley Morris purely based off of the reviews and our first impressions when we received the quote and it did not let us down.
