I ordered a birthday cake for my son and paid extra for delivery before 12pm. The cake did not only not arrive before 12pm. It did not arrive at all the day (birthday) it was supposed to be delivered. My son lives in a building with 24h concierge and he was home that day waiting for the surprise. It never got there the day of his birthday!!! I wrote them two eMails but did not even get a response. However, they do fill your inbox with their commercial offers. Not interested in a company that does not take customers and customer support seriously at all.

It's all been said, but maybe understated. Seriously, the food and coffee were fantastic , but it's the Betty's experience that makes it. Queue, order, enjoy. Gotta be done ! Go in the rain, the queue is slightly shorter 🤣
