Poor quality trees - beware.
Whilst ordering and delivery is relatively straightforward, the quality of trees is very poor and many of them fail. I feel this is due to the mass production and lack of care at the early growing stage.
I have had over half my conifers fail and die, despite being in very different parts of my garden and planted well by my gardener.
On raising the issue to customer services, I was merely offered a 25% discount on future orders. When I pointed out this was simply the same as the prevailing "sale" offer at the time, and I would still need to spend a few hundred pounds to replace them, best4hedging refused to help.

I will stick to my local garden centre next time and avoid best4hedging for my future purchases.

We bought 8 star jasmine plants from best4hedging in May and they were very healthy when we received them. In the few months we have had them they have grown and established themselves and are beautiful, the foliage is stunning and the scent from the flowers is lovely. We are very impressed with the standard of the plants and they look great against our trellis.

Purchased Portuguese Laurels for making a hedge. Evergreen and fairly fast growers. Really pleased with them!
Phoned for some advice about planting distances and the were really helpful!
Also, delivery was on time and all arrived in good condition and thought the cost very reasonable too! Would recommend.

2 yrs on and I’ve just added some photo’s of the Laurels. So very pleased with how they’ve grown, in just 2 yrs! This company is great and will definitely use them again. Great quality…Proof is in the pudding (or the photo’s, in this instance)!

Purchased wild rose bare roots last year and they have all failed. No response to my emails. 14 day Returns policy ridiculous given that I bought bare roots plants in the winter. It's taken until spring to know they are dead.

I bought escallonia hedging plants a year ago. Within 12 months they had grown much taller, with glossy leaves and an abundance of flowers which the bees love. We are delighted with the plants and recommend the company.

Whilst delivery was quick 30 % of my order was of poor quality containing different spect plants to my order. Unfortunately it was the most expensive element. I will not order from here again unless I can get a quick re supply or refund. Let’s see how we get on ?

Order arrived within time frame mentioned. 10 2L pots put into one box, only 4 of them were still in pots. Could have been packaged alot better to avoid this

Some of the plants were broken and leaves were dry. Have contacted the enquiries email, no response after 4 days, also tried calling them, no answer.

All beech hedging bought through this company died, in reality were delivered to me dead. I emailed them 6 days ago, no response as yet.
