Rachel is very passionate about Spanish and I enjoy attending her classes which are informal and friendly. She is very patient and takes a varied approach so lessons are interesting. I really enjoyed my time in the Dab Hand French group with Rachel! It's clear that Rachel is very passionate about French language and culture. I have thoroughly enjoyed my first year learning Spanish as part of Rachel’s beginners group. The group is a good size and Rachel provides a comfortable environment to practice learnings. Rachel provides a mix of course work, conversation, cultural education and games to really create a varied learning programme. The pace of the course is slow enough to help those leading busy lives - not too much homework! Rachel’s language school is highly recommended!

I have been attending Spanish classes, with Rachel, since October 2021. The course, at Berghold Languages, is my first stepping stone towards learning and mastering Spanish.

Rachel is a very knowledgeable and creative Spanish tutor, with a unique teaching approach. She wants all students to have fun while learning, which makes her teaching style even more effective.
Rachel is a very encouraging and motivating teacher who truly focuses on the strengths and accomplishments of the student.

Rachel’s sessions are engaging, challenging, and filed with various activities. Learning materials are also good. Furthermore, she suggests supplementary resources for learning outside the classroom.

This course allowed me to develop and learn a lot in such a short period. It also keeps me engaged and motivated to continue with my goal of becoming fluent in Spanish.

I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of learning Spanish.

Rachel passion and experience in languages and teaching made my French lessons enjoyable and doable.
