Brilliant place. Following the great Somerset tradition of rustic cider farms sharing their high quality produce with the general public.

Bennett's cider know their apples. Very generous with their time and happy to talk all aspects of cider making.

This is proper cider, 100% apple juice, no watered down horse piss or mango flavourings. The acetic tang is the real deal.

I've been drinking cider for a long time popped down today with my mrs and boy and sampled the medium cider and the vintage cider. I ended up going for the vintage cider which definitely has a kick to it goes down a treat. Would definitely recommend to anyone that likes cider.

I have drank alot of cider in my life and I never give a low star review but I went in and tried some of the dry, it tasted good (usually I prefer alcohol in a pint rather than a sip as I find it easier to taste properly) the cider obviously isn't bad I obviously just don't like it but my dad home makes cider I drink from local farmers all the time and I'm just genuinly worried it's gone off.

For context I opened it on my birthday (2 days after buying it) and we all agreed that it tasted off.

Viv Bennett and his family have been making cider for many years and a number of generations, and are good at it, judging from our visit there yesterday. Viv is retiring, unassuming, and was informative and helpful; his medium cider the best we'd tried, and the dry also an excellent drop. A welcome antidote to the clonal generic commercial shopfronts on offer some other places. We are also looking forward to enjoying their farm eggs when we get home.

The best traditional cider in Somerset. Passionate and very knowledgable on all things cider. Bennetts sell dry and medium cider - It is traditional, still, and no preservatives or unnecessary sugars. Fantastic locally made cider!

Proper Somerset scrumpy. It may not be to everyone's liking but this is what proper Somerset scrumpy is like. Slightly acid compared with some. Advised to try before you buy but I enjoy it.

The c l is a good place to stop over when traveling to cornwall. Cider is made at the farm.The site is very basic with water and waste disposal. Its part of a working farm. The family are friendly and welcoming
