Went into the store to get help with a part

None of the staff were willing to give me help and just carried on like I wasn't even there. Stood about for over 10mins with my 2 kids before walking out passed staff who then ignored me again.
Completely rude won't be going back.
(There was about 6 people in which I saw sitting at desks, in which they all looked over at me a few times but not even moving)

Avoid this store at all costs.

It's difficult for me to overstate how helpful these guys are!
After a visit in a Series 2 Landrover, towing a trailer to get a PTO shaft and some bits and bobs, we found that the Landrover wouldn't start when we came to leave.
Ben Burgess were incredibly helpful in getting us going again, lending us tools, equipment and advice.
Eventually the company owner gave us a tow start using his own car.
Five start service without a doubt - cheerful, helpful and kind.

Couldn’t get through to parts. Tried twice. First time I was transferred twice only for the phone line to go dead on the third transfer. Second time I was transferred and it just rang & rang & rang. Get the basics right people.
