This is the best Kimchi I had so far. Perfect balance both in texture and flavour. My first order I ordered two 1kg jars of Kimchi, after I had the first jar I opened the second one which had become quite fizzy despite keeping it in the fridge, this shows how much goodness was contained in the jar as it continued to ferment nicely. I also bought the Shan Tjin which is amazing. Wasn't too keen on the Sour Mustard Greens but just placed another order for Kimchi and Shan Tijn and also ordered the Gherkins and Red Onion, can't wait for it to be delivered!

Hell yeah! If fermented foods make you live longer then this stuff will make you invincible! Shan Tjin, I hadn't heard of it before and it is delicious and the Kimchi deserves the awards.

OH MY GOD!!! The Kimchi is feckin amazing, so delicious 😋. I ordered two small jars of Kimchi to start with and they arrived today. I ate an entire jar and have cracked into the second. I have now ordered a large jar this evening 😅. It's so good I actually can't recommend highly enough.

Also I also want to say the service has been great as well. After I placed my order I realised I had made a mistake in the address and emailed the team, I got a very quick response advising me it was all sorted and the Kimchi arrived as expected.

Have been thinking about ordering for a while after seeing them on the TV.

Having been disappointed with the inconsistent quality of the kimchi I had previously been buying elsewhere and that available in the mainstream supermarkets I finally decided to given them a try, having received an email with a discount offer.

Ordered the Kimchi, Jalapeños, classic kraut and the Shan Tjin in the small sizes - 315g to try out.

Ordered late in the evening on the 2nd and was delivered on the 5th , well packaged with no leaks.

I am really impressed! The kimchi is the nicest I have tasted outside of a Korean restaurant and far better than the one I had been buying previously, it’s also way better than the fresh brand available in most supermarkets.

If I had any slight criticism - heat wise it was milder than expected.

My next order will be for 2kg as this won’t last long.

The jalapeños are moorish and the Shan Tjin is very tasty , not yet tried the Kraut but if the rest are this good I don’t expect to be disappointed.

I look forward to trying the rest of the range

Now the important bit.....WOW!😍 The kimchi, vegan kimchi and yellow kraut well and truly exceeded my expectations. Fabulous. I cannot stop eating it. The flavours go with everything and every meal. Just go to a local Korean store to get kimchi. You'll pay less and end up happier. In addition, it takes forever to get the food and the staff doesn't answer emails.

Best tasting kimchi I have come across in the UK! Every jar of fermented goodness feels/tastes ALIVE. Having a small amount daily has greatly benefitted my health, most noticeably after a necessary course of antibiotics. Wish we had a bigger fridge to accommodate more jars per order. Keep up the great work, you guys!
