We've just had another set of boxes delivered by Bell Container this morning and I can only praise the team for saving us yet again! During this busy Christmas period we always have issues with space and we need temporary storage solutions that we can add or remove quickly.

We had an emergency where a shipment of goods arrived much earlier than anticipated meaning it would cost some issues to our warehouse. I dropped an email to the team at Bell Container expecting a reply sometime that week. Instead I got an email response less than 15 mins later from Lucy, saying that even though they were extremely busy they would see what they could do for us. Within the space of an hour, everyone had pulled together to ensure that we had a solution in place 2 days before our shipment arrived. I then had a followup call from Krish who wanted to make sure everything had gone through smoothly which was a nice and unexpected touch.

I cannot express how much relief dealing with this in such a fast and professional manner gave our team as well as confidence in Bell. The delivery team were consummate professionals who despite the very tight space managed to get the boxes in with no problem at all.

All in all this has been an easy, affordable and incredible service by Lucy, Krish and the whole team. Thank you so much and I've already recommended the company to a number of other businesses on our road who have noticed the good quality containers parked near us. Bravo and look forward to working together again in the future!

Fantastic service from Bell. We had an urgent requirement for an external storage area. From the first contact with Bell the process was seamless. Discussed our requirements received a quotation agreed a price and arranged delivery for the next day. The delivery was first thing the following day. The service from the operative was professional and accommodating. The container was in perfect condition a slight issue was followed up and resolved immediately. We would use again and recommend Bell to anyone.

As a care home, we have hired a Bell container as we required a bespoke meeting 'pod' to enable a covid safe environment to allow visits to be held between our residents and their loved ones. The container 'pod' comprises of 3vindividual section, one for visitors, one for our resident and the third for staff. The 'pod' has been fitted out to a very high standard, it is comfortable and welcoming. Feedback from all has been excellent. I’ve been exchanging emails with Krishna, who has been providing us with a quote for a conversion container.

Firstly, I was deeply offended when Krishna dismissed my knowledge, telling me that I "have no idea what I'm talking about." This comment is particularly frustrating, especially considering that Krishna himself admitted that his line of work can be confusing and that it took him nearly 10 years to fully understand it. Such a remark was unprofessional and unnecessary.

Furthermore, Krishna directed me to search for the warranty for the air conditioning unit online, which I found incredibly rude. As a customer, I would expect a seller to provide this information, rather than pushing the responsibility onto me. I would never expect such a response when dealing with my own customers.

When we requested additional items to be included in the quote, Krishna refused to add them and instead instructed us to refer to the "additional extras" list. He also refused to provide a breakdown of the quote, despite multiple requests. We were trying to clarify the cost for various components, such as the container, 15mm melamine-faced particleboard, marine ply flooring, and decal removal, but he declined to give us a detailed price breakdown.

The situation worsened when my director called Krishna to discuss the quote and move things forward. He responded in a hostile manner, complaining about our willingness to pay an additional £500 for decal removal due to discoloration on the container. He even told us that we didn’t have to do business with him, which felt like an entirely unreasonable attitude. His approach to the situation has been nothing short of unprofessional and disrespectful.

Great service all the way through and after the delivery of my new one trip container from both Krish and Ruth. They also have a great relationship with the delivery company who went more than out of their way to make sure it was perfectly level when set down. Krish never pressurised me to make the purchase which was refreshing and professional. Plenty of dodgy container sellers out there. If you want peace of mind I'd advise you speak to the professionals.
