Love this butcher. I go maybe once a week, the service is fantastic, offering advice on how to cook things. Everything is always outstanding. All meat sold in the UK should have this much care and respect put into sourcing and selling the produce. I don’t think it’s an expensive butchers, it’s what meat should actually cost. They offer a great variety of meats, but what truly sets them apart is the service, especially from Wills (curly hair and wears a bandana ;)). He consistently provides excellent advice, whether it's recommending what to buy or sharing creative recipe ideas.
